Strong Student Lets is a family run business which has been established for over 10 years.

Working closely with Sheffield Hallam University, our properties are renovated to an extremely high standard and offer luxury student accommodation. Our properties are priced very competitively and we have a large selection of properties to suite every budget. The location is within walking distance to both City and Collegiate Campuses and the rent includes all bills which makes our properties very attractive to students.

We continually maintain our properties and take care of all our students needs as soon as they arise. Strong Student Lets provides some of the most attractive and affordable luxury student accommodation in Sheffield.

Our luxury properties at Strong Student Lets are of a very high standard both in quality and workmanship. With a modern and distinctive design to each house, students will feel, comfortable, relaxed and up to date.

Although some of our houses are not classed as luxury, they remain warm, cosy and secure. Each house has different characteristics and appeals to a variety of clientele.

All properties are fitted with smoke detectors and burglar alarm systems and are up to date with HMO Licensing regulations.


The home Report

 

  • All utility bills are included in the prices, i.e. gas, water, electricity. The gas and electric are at a capped rate.
  • Wireless Broadband is included together with TV license.
  • There is parking to all properties, but some areas require a permit of which is approximately £20 per annum.
  • Gas Safety Inspection Certificates are provided with the property and are updated on a yearly basis.
  • Electrical Certificates are updated on a 5 yearly basis.
  • All maintenance is undertaken by our Property Maintenance Manager, who then refers further work to our Electricians, Lighthouse Electrical or our Plumbers, Blueflame Heatplan Ltd.

Accomodation


All properties have fridge and freezer or fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, cooker and hob, central heating, parking, outside courtyard or garden.  All properties are fitted with smoke and/or heat detectors and burglar alarms. 

Each room has double bed (unless it's a single room and some single rooms still have double bed), set of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair, lampshades/spot lights. Some rooms have separate free standing shelving units.

All our rooms and properties are cleaned out at the end of every tenancy. Any damage is repaired and properties are refreshed with either new paint and/or new fixtures/fittings.

Our properties are like home from home.
